Hi, I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago and I feel it is "a little" refined and narrow. Also there is a slight indention where the nasal bones meet on the right side. I really feel if perichondrium from the rib or temporalis fasci is added underneath the nasal skin that this will provide the fullness I am seeking as well as hide the indentation. Will this work?
