Can You Perform Co2 Laser Surgery on the Face for Trichoepithelioma? (photo)

I have Trichoepithelioma on my face and especially around my nose really bad. I really would like to have them removed. Can they all be removed through the Co2? Not only that I have so many they are so embarrassing and I hate to go anywhere because of them.Help please!
