Hi, I have hyperpigmentation all over my body. its genetic. these are small black spots on my face, Neck, arms, shoulders, chest... I have 3 small white spots on my adbomen, which is worrying me. my question is that can people with such hyperpigmentation also get hypopigmented? Thanks, Rajani.S
