Sculptra and Aging

Because Sculptra relies on your own body to do the work, the aging process happens completely naturally, just more slowly.

Sculptra and aging

Your skin will still age normally after Sculptra therapy. Scultpra will stimulate new collagen that often lasts 2 years this effect will not deter future aging effects.

Ageing after sculptra injections

As we age, we loose facial volume which leads to flattening of the cheeks, prominence of the creases around the mouth, flattening of the temples etc. Sculptra stimulates the body to form collagen which adds volume to the injected sites. This effect can last for up to two years before it dissipates. The aging process continues at the same rate.

Sculptra is ideal as you age

Sculptra is not a filler in the typical space occupying sense. Rather, it is a biostimulator that "fills" by stimulating your own fibroblasts to produce collagen. It lasts for a few years until your natural aging process catches up with it. This makes it an ideal, natural looking product. Additionally, the collagen stimulation often improves the quality of the overlying skin -an additional bonus as you age.
