What is the incidence of capsular contraction for under the muscle implants by type ( saline, silicone, gummibear, textured and smooth). Everything I have read says "less than sub glandular", but would someone please tell me what "less" is as a percentage rate. Do most occur in the first few year or does the rate continue to increase over time? Thank you

The valve in a saline implant creates a very slight prominence that is generally completely camouflaged by even a modest amount of soft tissue coverage. Physical exam would clarify the specific issue.
