I'm a 30 yo female.Diabetic since March 2012 using the insulin pump and metformin pills to treat it.1 csection in 2006 the other in 2013 which left me with the hanging fat in bottom of abdominal area(kangaroo sack is what us girls call it).Am I able to get any type of weight loss surgery?

Answer: Lipo is not weight loss surgery and is not recommended for insulin diabetics
Arms can develop a large degree of swelling if compression garments are not properly worn or not tight enough. Double check with your surgeon to see if you have a hematoma. If they were smaller after lipo, it's probably fluid. Fat doesn't magically grow back. Go for massages as well.
Thank you for your question. This is one of the difficult areas for liposuction and minor contour irregularities are not uncommon. It is only 11 weeks post op. I would recommend to wait 6 months and reevaluate and if needed revision can be performed along with fat grafting if needed. Good luck
