I noticed this blackish spot lifted my breast to examine it and it popped and looked like puss mixed with blood then just blood ...it's along the vertical mastopexy scar...should I be concerned ?

It is quite normal for the scar to be placed in this area. This will settle with time and improve. The scar does not always need to be in the breast fold.
