11 Days Post Vaser Lipo on Abdomen and Have Lumps and Hardness?

physican took about 3.5 liters of fat. My stomach is rock hard in most places. It doens't feel even, hard lumpy. I do have a "pen and needle" sensation sometimes I a feel like I can't stretch normal, as if its too tight. Normal? I am hand messagin/back messager, apply ice pack & OTC. 1 000cal diet, and light abd streching wear dr spanks 24/7 i wear a 2nd one sometimes, my spanks are loose, rest at night, I work 40 hrs a week and have a 16mo old, so im active. Normal? im scared its not..thanks!
