Just wandering how long after a reduction do you need to get a mammogram. Im thinking it was bad when I had larger breast what happens to my nice beautiful perkys Bs sure not wanting to get them smashed in machine.: )

If very asymmetric then a revision would be necessary. This would involve opening the same incisions and removing additional breast tissue. If your original surgery was done under insurance, the revision may be done as a scar revision and insurance may pay for it.
