Is Peeling and Microdermoabrasion Dangerous for a 16er. How Long Do Their Side Effects Last? (photo)

I'm about to take some peeling or microdermoabrasion sessions and so I searched for their side effects on google, but what I saw just scared me. I'm afraid about that and I'm not really sure if I should take it or not because I have acne and acne scars on my face. How long will the redness last and will there be any other consequences. Which one is more prop for me. Can you please help me! Every opinion counts to me! Thanks in advance!
