Pectus carinatum and implants
Breast implants will improve the appearance of the breasts but will not have impact on the pectus carinatum. If the PC bothers you, you may need to see a thoracic surgeon.

Pectus Carrinatum and Breast Implants
Breast augmentation can do much to camouflage rib cage irregularities and soften the look. With pectus carrinatum the sternum protrudes beyond the rib cage. That can make it difficult for the implants to be as close together as you might like them becase the implants have a barrier that blocks the optimum positioning.
