Repeated Seroma After Pectoral Augmentation

I'm a 36 y/o male and had pectoral augmentation in February 6 last year. About 14 months after my surgery, I had a seroma build up. My surgeon performed about 4 aspirations before suggesting to perform surgery again to avoid stretching of the skin.

So I did; now, a year after, I'm having the same problem. Seroma build up on the same side, the left side. Is this a unique case, that it's happening 1 year after the main surgery and again 2 years after?
