Even If I get a goodnight sleep I always wake up with puffy and baggy eyes and my Eyelids also look swollen. Even If I take naps in the afternoon I wake up the same way. What is the cause of this and are there any treatments?

You need to see your surgeon about this. It could be remnant of a stitch or a tiny cyst which are common along the suture line after eyelid surgery. I'm sure your surgeon wants you to have a smooth recovery and would be happy to see you for this.
