Should a Patient Trust Breast Surgery Before and After Photos?

I am going to have a breast lift and breast augmentation combo. I am new to the area (Missouri) and do not know anyone, let alone anyone who has had this procedure.

Can you trust the photos alone that you see in the dr's office? Are they really a fair representation of a doctor's work with breast surgery?

You can also ask the doctor to speak to a patient over the phone to discuss her experiences and outcomes. Be patient, take your time, when all of your questions are answered and you are comfortable you can then make your decision.
