What is Palomar Laser?
I am considering Palomar laser for my face. I had a Facelift 8 months ago and wanted Laser treatment for finishing touches of fine lines, etc. What is this laser and are there problems I need to consider. What is the recovery like? I cannot find much on this laser as everyone seems to be doing Fraxel.
