When Can I Start Doing Power Yoga After Breast Lift (No Implants)?

Asked By:honeybutta in Palm Beach Gardens

It has been six weeks since my lollipop breast lift procedure. Is it safe to return to high intensity yoga activites such as downward dog or extreme stretching/bouncing moves? Or should I wait? My sugeon has given me clearance but I still feel tenderness in the breasts although they are both healing nicely. I don't want to complicate their great healing but really look forward to my workouts.
