Pain and Swelling Asymmetry with Bicep Implants

I've had bicep implants placed in both my arms exactly a week ago. Though my left arm is healing extremely well and gradually getting flexible, my right arm is not. My right arm is still extremely swollen, very stiff, and painful.

When I went to see my doctor today, he said it was because of minimal internal bleeding that was so small it couldn't be suctioned out with a needle-and let me go. Is this a satisfactory response and what do you think is going on?
