TT- June 2; Drains removed June 9. From the night of my tummy tuck, I've had a burning pain in the left groin area. It was almost a burning pain that would come and go. It stopped me in my tracks a lot of time and felt like it was on fire. It's been almost 3 weeks since tt and I still have the occasional pain in the same place. Could it be the stretching of muscles/skin in that area. Can you give me some info. on this?

Nerve pain of muscle

This sounds like meralgia paresthetica or possibly and entrapped nerve. Topical scar massage and desensitization therapy could be of use. Occasionally exploration is requried if it does not subside. Muscle pain tends to be more spasm like rather than fire like pain. However, a plastic surgeon should be able to better sort this out.
