Swelling in the first few weeks can be significant.  Swelling and healing as well as scar maturation can persist for 6 months and sometimes up to 1 year following liposuction.   I would follow with your doctor at this point.

There seem to be a number of things going on here. While some edema can persist and the burning sensation may continue to gradually resolve for several months, without examining you it would be impossible to say if your concerns were normal post op complaints or something more. The night sweats and hot flashes are also a bit disconcerting as they can sometimes be associated with infection.

I suggest that you see your surgeon to determine if these symptoms are benign after effects of surgery or not.
