Pain After Slim Lipo: Could I Have Nerve Damage?

I had SlimLipo 3 months ago on my outer & inner thighs, banana and knees. since the day after the procedure I have had sever pain in the area below the banana on my right thigh. My doctor kept telling me to wait until six weeks passed.

When I went to see him after 6 weeks he told me to wait until the 3 month mark. I went back in at 3 months and he recommended I see a neurologist. Could the laser have damaged the muscle and/or the nerves? If so do either resolve on their own?
