I had seen a plastic surgeon(ENT) for medical/cosmetic reasons. At my 1st consultation appt the ENT and I agreed on fixing the septum, reducing turbinates, shaving my bridge down, shortening my nose&refining the tip, cost was then decided by him. At my 2nd appt before surgery he talked me out of getting my tip done by saying that he thought I didn’t need one. I’m 2/wks post op & unsatisfied& I believe I paid for something I didn’t receive. Is there a chance he’d do a tip reduction at reduced cost?

This alone will reduce the chance of getting a result you're not happy with greatly. If your post operative results are not what you desired, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to be blunt with your surgeon. Every plastic surgeon of quality wants to know that their patient is unhappy.
