Can I get laser, ultrasound, and other skin treatments if I take low dose Accutane? I take 1 10MG pill every other week

I have been on low dose accutane for a year, i take one 10mg pill once every other week to control oil, and its been working great, and i have no side effects because the dose is so low. because i am taking such a low dose and only taking one pill every other week can i still have laser or ultrasound skin tightening, velashape and other procedures?
