Is it normal to have this much swelling & bruising under the eyes and nasal folds after Restylane and Perlane injections?(photo)

First of all you had a lot of material injected and it appears that the injections may have been too superficial.  You should see a board certified dermatologist and get appropriate treatment to improve the side effects and later worry about more injections.  Arnica and ice will help a little but you need more aggresive therapy

I'm glad you are icing and taking Arnica. I'm unsure when you had the fillers done, but the bruising looks to be resolving and at least a few days out. In my opinion, a "sales person" is absolutely not trained to decide how much filler you need. The doctor, who is doing the injections, is the person who should be deciding this. Even though I have well-trained staff, they are still my staff and do not have my level of expertise. I do not let them tell me what you need as a patient.... You have significant swelling under the eye area and a bit of ridging, but since the filler was done within days it is too early to know if that is filler or just swelling. After 10-14 days, you should see the injector again to discuss results. At that point if the under eye area still has ridges or excess volume, then you can have some of the filler dissolved. But again, I highly discourage the use of a sales person in doing consults and feel that the physician injector, the actual expert, should be the person telling you what you need.
