Undereye Pouches Are Made Up Of Fat
Pouches or bags under the eyes are the result of herniated fat or fat protrusions. These pouches can be exaggerated by fluid retention and lack of sleep. They can not be improved by any creams or other topical approaches. They require surgical removal of the fat which can be done from an inside the eye (transconjunctival) lower blepharoplasty which does not need an external incision.
