I have an overbite, deep mento-labial fold, but also a protruding chin. What would be my options to improve the look of my lower face? Thank you.

Overbite, etc.

Generally speaking, your may need orthodontic work and possibly future maxillomandibular surgery. Of course, the worst option would be chin augmentation! Please see several Facial Plastic Surgeons or Oromaxillofacial Surgeons who specialize in facial reconstruction as you visit the orthodontist.
