I have had numerous consultations for Breast augmentation. I'm an A/B cup hoping to achieve a small D. My official surgeon had recommended 300cc implants and placed over the muscle, while all the others have said under the muscle. What do you think would best help me achieve my desired small D size?

Under the muscle if you have no sagging.
Hi!
It's not about size but shape. If any degree of sagging needs to be corrected, then the brest implants should be placed over the muscle to help fill the too large skin envelope. If your breasts are firm, then in New York we generally place them under the muscle in breast augmentation patients.

Everyone has their own opinions and preferences, however your anatomy and desired aesthetic outcome should also be factored into the mix.
As a U.S. based surgeon who trained during the silicone moratorium, I was...
