Osteotomy Eye Positioning Height ?

can nose surgery and osteotomie make my eye protrude or look higher than the other side, is this true? The eye bulging happened around the same time after i had my surgery. Can breakig nasal bones alter the height or position of the eye and or make it protrude slightly? Thanks.
