What Orthodontic Technique That Can Be Used to Fix Crooked M2? (photo)

I'm 22 years old female. I would have 4 impaction M3 to be removed next week. But my concern is my M2. It's crooked and cannot fully erupt from my gum since 15. I want to hear 2nd opinion for other orthodontist about technique that can be used to fix this problem + , cause what make me confused is as far as I know braces ring will be attached on last Molar, so how would be they fix this crooked M2 with conv. braces?
