Recommended Size/Profile For Revision? (photo)
I wrote months ago about my PS & how i felt he blew off my concerns of bottoming out.I saw him again and made my concerns more clear,now he was very understanding and offered to redo my BA with a smaller implant, and also do a lift if i want, he will cover everything, i will pay anes & OR fees...more than fair, I have 500/550 HP unders and want to go to 400-450 moderate profile to avoid the same outcome, but he thinks i should go HP again,(originally he discouraged the HP) Opinions Please?

Recommended Size/Profile For Revision?
Thanks for the posted photos. Besides a smaller implant, inframammary revision or closure and possible vertical lift might be considered. Even a cellular matrix to close the bottoming out effect. Best to obtain a few other in person consults. Hp or MP are a personal choice.

Implants and revision
Sounds very reasonable. A lift may help with the envelope, and going with smaller implants may be better.
