I went into my surgeon to get rid of my double chin and loose playsma muscle, he suggested a chin implant to go along w it.I hadn't ever considered an implant but reluctantly agreed as he said it would enhance my results and I was worried he wouldn't do the other procedure if I declined the implant.I quickly realized I did not want this and had him remove it within a week.Is it weird for me to ask for a refund on my chin implant that I never wanted?I wasn't planning on it but just thought of it.

I believe that facial implants made from coral/hydroxyapatite are not FDA approved in the United States. This is most likely the main reason that surgeons here are not using them.
I would recommend dental and skeletal analysis with an orthodontist and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Looks like you may need mandibular advancement after further orthodontic treatment. A sliding advancement genioplasty is also a compromised option.
