Smile Makeover Options for Slight Overbite and Chipped Teeth?

What treatments within a smile makeover are best to correct several chipped teeth, a slight overbite and some overlapping bottom teeth? What options are the quickest way to achieve a better looking smile? Are the quicker options less expensive or about the same?

Smile Makeover for several Chipped Teeth

Your description of your case not only mentions chipped teeth but  an Overbite and Crowding as well. Most of the time long term Esthetic solutions require careful and detailed Treatment planning to avoid failure and patient discord. From your case description an Orthodontic evaluation should be done to correct any significant Crowding or Overbite. This will allow for easier and more predictable placement of Porcelain Veneers as well as to allow for a more harmonious bite when they are all done. With Invisalign it is possible that your crowding and Overbite can be corrected in 6 to 9 months. Once your teeth are in a more favorable alignment your Veneers can be finished in just two visits!

Porcelain Veneers Are Your Best Option

+1

Your best option for having a true smile makeover will be to have porcelain veneers. Depending on the amount of overbite that you have you may need to seek a consultation with an orthodontist prior to getting your veneers.  Your bite needs to be stable before placing the veneers, and orthodontics can accomplish this. If the overbite is not that bad, then you can go straight to veneers.  When it is time for the veneers they can typically be finished in two visits.  Good luck.
