Options for a Childhood Lip Scar / Deformity

A scar that is 30 years old downward on upper lip. The lip line doesn't match up. There was a surgery with removing some of the tissue over the upper lip trying to match up the lip line. Over 4 years ago the outer side of the lip shifted down. There's a slight shift in the lower side of the lip. I would like to have it reajusted, removed, whatever - so at least the lip line stays though the years as my face changes. Also the scar would be nice to reduce or remove.
