Options after an unsuccessful revision with experienced surgeon to address tip asymmetry in the thin skinned patient?

My cartilage is still asymmetrical after surgery. No camouflage techniques. The R tip sits a bit higher & pushes out where R lateral crural underlay graft was placed & a graft in R soft tissue triangle is more convex & L soft tissue triangle is concave. Looks off.No grafts on L side of tip. My skin has 2 pink spots near graft sites.(septal cart.) No infection.Still swells.Cartilages visible from tip into columella same as before sx;asymmetry is quite noticeable to me. Filler or 2nd revision? Help.

Pictures or an exam would be necessary to make any recommendations.

Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.
