I had a tummy tuck about 2 weeks ago, i changed the tapes last thurs and noticed the wound was open and bleeding slightly, today i have had to change the tapes again as i noticed the blood coming through onto the tapes, when i took them off, light brown thick goo was underneath, i am terrified its infected, please help!!

Funky drainage coming from tummy tuck wound.

IT sounds as if you may be experiencing a mild wound edge dehscence which could be an infrection but it is probably more related to poor blood supply.
