i had undergone open rhinoplasty 3 months ago..Can i start taking facial now which includes face and nose massage or should i wait for some more time to get my nose massaged?

Facials and Massage 3 Months after Rhinoplasty

Facials and massages should be fine 3 months after your rhinoplasty as long as extensive grafting was not done during the operation.  Skin care will be beneficial but if you see increased swelling secondary to the  nasal massages ask your masseuse to decrease pressure. Most important, follow your surgeon's instructions.
