Dear cs2390, As far as revision rhinoplasty it is typically recommended that you wait a year from your original rhinoplasty in order for your nose to have time to completely heal. While the majority of your swelling has dissipated in the first few months you may have some residual swelling especially in the tip that may take an entire year to fully resolve. I would discuss with your hair transplanting surgeon what their recommended time frame is for undergoing rhinoplasty surgery.
