I am so embarrassed of my breast, they are naturally big which I like but the areola is quite low down on my breast and puffy! I want to get this fixed before college so I can be more confident. I don't think I have tuberous breast so I don't know how to go about fixing my puffiness. My goal is to have perkier areolas that are less puffy. How could I go about this without a very noticeable scar? Is there any way to do this without a full donut mastopexy? Also will this fix my asymmetry?
