I have some old burn scars from when I was a little girl and would like to know what if anything can be done to lighten them or remove them. I am African American with a medium brown complexion and the scars are on my legs.
I am very self conscious about them and refuse to wear shorts and skirts because of the scars. I fear I am stuck with them forever. They are no bigger than 2" at the most.
