I'm 19 years old. Should I get peel for my face? How should I do it? What about Olay Whitening Peeling Cream. Can I use it daily just like a facial wash? Please help me.

Results from skin whitening creams all depends
The answer to your question depends largely on what your skin looks like now.
At 19 its unlikely that you have many wrinkles, but based on your question, it sounds like you may have some dark spots on your skin.
Peels can be a great way to treat wrinkles or even pigmentation but to get those effects usually take a medium depth peel which has some significant recovery associated with it.
If it's just the pigment that you are hoping to help I would investigate an IPL (intense pulsed light)...
