Oily Skin, Blackheads, Open Pores, and Small Bumps on Cheek. Options? (photo)

I am an asian living in a country that is considered hot. I have an extremely oily skin with very bad black heads on my nose. On my cheeks also there got small brown bumps, it's very annoying. I prone to squeeze then with my nails and it seems getting worse. My pores are large and I really need help to get rids of those bumps
