What Can I Do to Thin out my Face? (photo)

I'm 5'5 and weigh 118-120 lbs and 31 years old. My face makes me look so much fatter then I am. Plus, I fluctuate about 5 lbs either way of my current weight and that little bit makes a HUGE difference in my cheeks. What can I do to fix this? I'm already getting sagging of my jowls as well.

Thinning of face

Without an exam it is difficult to evaluate what could be done for you to give your face a thinner appearance. Best to have an exam.
