Im out Of(erythromycin) and Im on the 31st Day of Accutane Should I Take It Anymore ?!

Hi im on the 31st day of oratane(roaccutane) my doctor prescribed me erythromycin with it for 2weeks and gave me a 1 repeat prescription im out of my second supply of this antibiotic and once i stopped it 4 days ago i got 3 mad pimples now they are gone but left red ugly marks but my face is clear. My question is do i have to get a new prescription for erythromycin so i go on it again with the accutane or its not essential anymore ?!
