Online its always "wait at least 3 mos." My incision is twice the pain due to the hematoma in my left breast so it concerns me to wear an underwire. I went in 10days post op and questioned the difference in size in my breast, I assumed the breast that had the hematoma removed was essentially smaller due to much fluid being removed, but the he noted that he gave my right breast 50 more cc's than the left, due to my left having more tissue. I said I didn't want to go very big, just a full c and my right breast looks to be a d.
