Is There Any Way Octomom Could Look Like This Without Surgery?

She claims to have achieved her new body through vigorous workouts alone, but the before picture makes that look almost impossible. Is she lying, or can a workout really do that much after 14 kids?

Surgery vs Photoshop?

It is not likely that after fourteen children someone would look that good, without plastic surgery or photo shop. The photo looks some what pixilated, which leads you to wonder how much the photo was altered, and how much surgery did she have, if any? If it was all with work outs, I would love to know the name of her trainer!

Looking at those pictures I can't help but wonder.... Plastic surgery? Photoshop? Both? Unfortunately the ugly truth is that diet and exercise will burn fat and tone muscle, but do very little for skin. So after a pregnancy like that I don't believe her skin has shrunk so much and her breasts grew so much. Bottom line: just because someone says so doesn't mean it is so. Hi. That is just impossible. The photo is clearly altered, and even with photo shop, the round, fake looking breast implants are obvious.

Octomom photos may be mislabeled!

Who says this is a "real" AFTER photo? Aside from having breast implants evident in the "supposed" AFTER photo, do you have ironclad proof of date-taken? Even if she were somehow a "freak" of elasticity, most women will exhibit signs of skin laxity and abdominal wall stretching after 1 or more pregnancies. Bad for moms who work hard to exercise and stay fit, but good for plastic surgeons, as we offer the only REAL way to fix these problems--surgical tummy... more

Eventually some surgeon will fess up that he or she operated upon "octo mom" But until than lets allow her to have her belief she is the "only" person to achieve that perfect post multi pregnancy body without any surgery.

Your suspicions are well founded....it certainly looks to me like she may have had an abdominoplasty and breast surgery! People are funny - some never want to admit they've had some surgical "help".

There is no way this is not a mommy makeover or photo shop picture. It appears that there is an abdominal scar around the belly button from a tummy tuck and the breasts clearly look augmented.

Impossible. The photograph is either photo shopped or there has been surgery and the scars have been covered with makeup and concealed

Octomom result without Plastic Surgery?

Highly unlikely. One also has to suspect the after photo had a little "Plastic Surgery" of its own. Given the before photograph, it would be shocking if she did not have some Plastic Surgery after the multiple births to get close to the shape she claims to be in.

It is tough enough to bounce back after a single pregnancy, much less EIGHT!! The tissue after delivering eight babies is just too traumatized to look that good without the help of a good plastic surgeon and some careful make-up, air brushing and photoshopping!

Hi there. There are two and answers to that after picture. 1. Photoshop and 2. Surgery. There is no way that a woman who went through 14 pregnancies not have any loose skin hanging in her abdominal area.

Thank you for the question and VERY DRAMATIC photos! I would agree that it would be very difficult to get the results that she has just with exercise after having 8 kids. Diet and exercise are key.... but unfortunately, they don't help with the stretched, damaged skin that would be a result of having 8 kids. Some people don't like to admit they have had surgery.....

I would be very skeptical that she was able to achieve that look after her abdominal skin was so stretched out, with just exercise. Take a rubber band and stretch it repeatedly to its maximum and see what happens. That's what happens to one's abdominal skin with that kind of pregnancy. Also, did she mention what kind of breast implants she has, or does she claim that those are natural? (not)

It doesn't take 8 years of post medical school training to know that a body cannot bounce back after 14 children. It is safe to say that Octomom has had a mommy makeover, likely including a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a breast lift with implants. Don't be fooled into believing that this was achieved though diet and exercise simply because you don;t see any scars on the photos of her. Mommy makeover

Thank you for sharing the photo. I had not seen it. There is simply no way at this time to correct loose skin without surgery. Given this woman's history, it is not a surprise that she make these claims.
