Had silicone implant to heighten the nose bridge 17 years ago. Recently noticed that perhaps the implant shifted downward with time and possibly created this small bump as my nose was smooth for years after the surgery. It is for sure not a pimple! I know it's probably trivial as removing the implant could do more damage. If I do remove the implant, I do not plan to replace it. What can be done or do I just leave it alone? Thanks.

Answer: Small dorsal bump can be shaved down board camouflaged with filler called a liquid rhinoplasty.
THe distance between the medial ends of your eyes should equal the distance beteen the sides of your nasal tip. With that in mind some optical illusion may be possible after a rhinoplasty but please do not undergo this procedure just fir the sake of this result as it may not happen at all.
