I was 11.6 2 weeks ago and I need it be at 13 in 19 days for surgery.. I been taking blood builder pills and SSS tonic also eating healthier with foods that include iron do you think I'll be at 13 by then?

Thanks for your question. I tell my patients to wear the compression garments for up to 4 weeks after surgery. You can probably start wearing the yoga pants/leggings after 4 weeks, but you can ask your surgeon for the proper instructions. I hope this helps! Best Wishes, Dr. Newall
