This hypopigmentation is odd because the spots are not raised or indented but perfectly smooth/even with my skn. Dermatologist confirmed they are scar tissue.Spots seem to represent every pimple or bug bite I ever scratched since I was 35 yrs (2003)--when i started using a Mexican skin creme called concha negra made from oyster shells(no white scars prior). After swimming one day the first batch (25% of face) appeared. Before good skin tans in summer, most spots look outlined in red.help.
