Novielle ONE YEAR LATER -- Lumps!?

Is there anything (SAFE!) that will get rid of the lumps from Novielle injections in the face? These injections were done almost year ago. The lumps are not very visible (yet?) but they are very hard. I worry they will change or get worse. Please, if you know anything, I sure would appreciate help. Posted 7-19-10
