At this stage of the aging process I think your best bet is an injectable filler. There is virtually no down time and little or no risk when the correct filler is injected in the correct position by a competent physician.

Sagging around the mouth and jaw occurs as a result of weaking of the facial ligaments and drooping of the cheeks and facial tissues that begins early in the aging process. Smile lines or nasolabial folds that run from the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth and labiomandibular folds or marionette lines that run from the corner of the mouth toward the mandible can be the result. Fillers or laser for sagging
It's hard to tell what is best from the photo since you are turned sideways, but either wrinkle fillers alone or if you can afford it, fractionated carbon dioxide laser resurfacing and fillers would be best.
