Would there be a lot of difference in an implant that is 13.3 and one that's 12.7 or would it be pretty undectable once inserted?

In my opinion and experience, looking at implants and/or holding them (or putting them in an external position in a bra) will not help you decide anything. Dr. Whitt's answer has it correct. The width of the implant should match the width of the breast (minus the skin/fat layer) if you want the implant to fit and look right.  .6 cm can definitely make a visible difference and also makes a difference in the volume of the implant. Implant Diameter

The difference between a 13.3 and a 12.7 diameter implant would not make a big difference.  You also have to look at the implant volume and projection to have an overall idea of the differences in the implants.  Good luck.

Breast Implant Diameters

The difference in the 2 implants you describe is only 0.6cm which is slightly more than 1/5 of an inch.  The important factor is to select an implant whose diameter is no greater than the diameter of the base of your breast.
